Factoring `ax^2 + bx + c
I don’t like the approach the textbook uses to factor generalized trinomials or quadratics. Remember that these are of the form `ax^2 + bx + c`. Using the CROSS and BOX method as I demonstrated this morning is I think, a little less complicated.
This stuff is confusing, so I tried to make it as clear as possible. I created my own podcast that you can add to your iPod. Imagine carrying MrE around you whereever you go. THAT is pretty scary!
